Welcome to the Finger Lakes Runners Club

• Whether you're lacing up for the first time or training for your next ultramarathon, you've found your people. The Finger Lakes Runners Club is a running community based in Ithaca, drawing runners from across the Finger Lakes region. We run on roads, trails, and tracks, through gorges and state forests, from 1 mile to 50 miles.
• The heart of our club is the FLRC Forum — where members swap training tips, post group run announcements, share race reports, and just talk running. Come say hello. Check our our community-driven photo library, and connect with us on Strava, Facebook, and Instagram. Show your support with shirts, caps, or swag from our store.
• Run with us. We have structured options every week: Monday night’s Zone 2 & Chill, Tuesday night interval workouts, Thursday Night Social runs, and weekend group runs for anyone who wants good company on the roads and trails.
• Take on a challenge. The FLRC Challenge sends you to ten scenic courses around the region, or lets you design your own challenge. Track your progress on the leaderboard.
• Race with us. From the Skunk Cabbage Classic to the Finger Lakes 50s ultramarathon, we put on road races, trail runs, and track meets year-round — for every pace and every distance.
