EVENTS..... Half-Marathon USATF #NY90002AM (13.1 miles) and 10 Kilometer USATF #NY90001AM (6.2 miles) road races.

TIME..... Check-in desk open from 8:30 a.m. - 9:45 a.m.; 10K starts at 10:00; Half-Marathon at 10:15.

PLACE..... Check-in, awards, post-race refreshments in Bartels Hall, Cornell University. Dressing/toilet/shower facilities: Teagle Hall.

ENTRY FEE..... Pre-registration: $15; mail-in pre-registration must be postmarked by Friday, March 27th; Race day registration $20 until 9:45 a.m. race day. FLRC members may deduct $2 from the entry fees. Add $15 for the classic Skunk Cabbage T-shirt (guaranteed t-shirts limited to the first 125 requests).

PREREGISTRATION..... Fill out entry form below, sign waiver on back, and submit with correct fees (payable to FLRC).
Deadline: Must be postmarked by Friday, March 27th.

ENTRY FORMS..... Available in several formats:

CHECK-IN..... Race number pick-up and race-day registration from 8:30 to 9:45 a.m.--no registration/pick-up after 9:45!

COURSES..... Half-marathon: Loop with some rolling hills and skunk cabbages near the half-way point. 10K: Mainly flat, fast course; see map below. Both courses are USAT&F distance certified.

AWARDS.....Half-Marathon and 10K will each award: OVERALL male and female for OPEN and MASTERS. AGE GROUPS EACH SEX (1st, 2nd, & 3rd): 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70 and over. Awards ceremonies will take place shortly after each race. Chip timing will be provide by Leone Timing Services.

NOTE.....The race directors reserve the right to reject any entry for any reason. The race is run with traffic on a state highway, so headsets and baby strollers, and dogs are absolutely forbidden. Those observing poor manners towards motorists or not obeying the traffic marshals will be disqualified. This race is cosponsored by the Finger Lakes Runners Club and the Cornell Athletic Department and is sanctioned by the Road Runners Club of America.

DIRECTIONS TO CORNELL & BARTELLS HALL: Note signs around Ithaca directing you to Cornell:

FROM NORTH ON ROUTE 13: Turn left (south-west) on Route 366 at the stoplight. At 3.4 miles turn right onto Judd Falls Rd. Turn left at first stop onto Campus Rd. You will pass the outdoor track on your right, the next large building on our right is Bartells Hall. 200 yards past Bartells Hall will be a parking garage on your left adjacent to the football stadium.

FROM SOUTH ON ROUTES 13 & 79: Turn right on Route 79 from Route 13. Proceed uphill out of downtown Ithaca on 79. Turn left onto 366 and proceed through several intersections. After about a mile turn left onto Judd Falls Rd. Turn left at first stop onto Campus Rd. You will pass the outdoor track on your right, the next large building on our right is Bartells Hall. 200 yards past Bartells Hall will be a parking garage on your left adjacent to the football stadium.
