Ithaca 5 and 10 Needs You on September 15th

The Ithaca 5 & 10 is looking for many good volunteers for this major event. You are needed to man water stops, act as course marshals, help with food, work the finish line, work race day registration, pre-registration, the children's fun run, race course setup and clean up etc. Please contact me if you are able to help.
