FLRC Tues. Eve at the Track
One more chance at Lansing HS on Aug. 13!

The final meet in our low-key summer series is set for Aug. 13 at Lansing HS, at 6:15 p.m. The events are: 200, 2-mile, 1,000 and a 4 x 400 meter relay. If you volunteer pre-meet by emailing Tim Ingall, you can run for free. All others pay a small entry fee.

These meets have been fun and spirited, and a good workout for everyone.
