Freihofer's Run for Women 5K Open & Masters National Championship

I've requested some hard copies of applications for this women's only 5K, one of my all-time favorites. I'll put them out at Skunk if they arrive in time. The race date is June 1 in downtown Albany at the Empire State Plaza.

Go to www.freihofersrun.com to register online, and beat the late registration fee charges. (You've got till mid-April for early deadline fees.)
