Thanksgiving morning is traditionally a big day for runs in Central & Western NYS. Check out this month's November calendar for details on races in Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo, Berwick and Corning.

If you feel like driving to Corning that morning, our friends at the Wineglass RC have the Pie & Glove 5K Road Race, at Denison Park near downtown Corning. As of this writing, I don't know the entry fee or starting time exactly, but I do know all entrants receives gloves; all age group champs get pies. For details, email Bill Taylor at billtay@aol.com.
