Congrats to Gillian Sharp

Gill, a 14-year Ithaca Fire Dept. vet, has been promoted to fire lieutenant by Fire Chief Brian Wilbur. Sharp is one of four officers to achieve the rank in the department, and the first female officer in the department. Gill has two children, and is married to fellow fire Lt. Christopher O'Connor.

Besides being a great person, Gill is a super runner, cross country skier, ski and shoot biathlete (winter/summer). Good job!
