National Masters Championship Coming to Rochester

The Genesee Valley Harriers will host the 2001 USA Track & Field National Masters 8K Cross Country Championships at 11 a.m., Nov. 4 at Black Creek Park (near Rochester).

It's a long way off, but it's something to jot down in your running log. Individual and team competition -- with prize money, is part of the bargain. Five-year age groups beginning at age 40; team competition in 10-year age groups
