News from the New Track Vice President

Tim Ingall is our new track VIP for the 2001-2002 indoor season. Tim is the brains behind our very successful Family Fun Day at the track, and worked closely with former track czar Rick Cleary, who is leaving Ithaca to take a job as head writer for David Letterman.

Ingall announced that the 2002 Hartshorne Memorial Masters Mile will be held on Jan. 19, in conjunction with a major Cornell invitational as always.

There is talk that two more masters events may be included in additional Cornell meets. Suggested distances: 400 and 800 meters. If you have an opinion on this, please contact Tim.
