(This was a small, beautiful run put on by Trinity Church along the lakeshore on a bright, windy day, finishing up with apples, home-made oatmeal cookies, and a chance to cheer on the kids in their fun run afterwards. Everyone, adults and children, received an award for participating, not just the official winners. I can't imagine a final race of anyone's season that could be more "super" than this one I had the pleasure of sharing with Bob Bridgman.)
