12-02-04: The FLRC Board of Directors meets again on the Cornell campus (MVR 114) on Wed Dec 8, 5:30pm. Read the agenda or review the minutes of the last meeting.
11-06-04: Vote for the officers that will serve on the FLRC Board of Directors for the next year! Everyone is unopposed, so vote early and vote often!
11-05-04: The November newsletter, complete with results and running calendar, is now available.
10-25-04: Sad news: The "Death Gulch" loop in the Cornell XC course has been eliminated this year due to treacherous trail conditions. The revised course will still be 4 miles and will include a second time around the final loop. The revised map tells all.
10-14-04: The 2005 FLRC Race Calendar is now finalized. Plan your next year of racing right now!
10-13-04: A map of the 4 mi cross-country route on the Cornell golf course is now online. This will be the site of an open race on Oct. 30, the fourth meet in the Upstate NY Cross-Ccountry Series. Many thanks to Bruce Roebal for scanning in the image.
10-10-04: Results from the Danby Down and Dirty trails runs are posted. Spectacular fall color, apple cider, and cool conditions were enjoyed by all.
