Schedule of Events

9.15 Pairs races. One adult, one child run together... suggested distances:

• 55m for children 5 years and younger
• 100m 8 and younger
• 200m 11 and younger
• 400m 14 and younger

9.35 "Serious" 400m heats based on your time prediction. An initial children's heat of 12 year olds and under then slower heats first. Fill in an event card to compete.

9.50 Infield events Sack races, 3 legged, backwards, wheelbarrow, conehead, balloon races and more.

10.30 "Serious" mile heats based on time predictions, slow heat first. Fill in an event card to compete.

11.00 Relays. Fill in a relay event card.

1. 55m shuttle relay, 3 runners per team.
2. 2 people x 400m relay
3. 4 people x 200m relay

11.30 Awards ceremony.
