Cayuga Computers supports a free listserv for the club. Communicate with other area runners to ask questions, plan training runs, or organize race-day carpools.
To subscribe to or unsubscribe from the listserv, send your request to ljm2@cornell.edu.
To change the setting so that you will receive a daily digest of
all the postings (instead of receving each piece of mail, one at a time)
first, you must already be subscribed to the list (see above).. then..
send email to imailsrv@cayugacomputers.com
in the message body type
SET MODE DIGEST FLRC

You need to be a subscriber in order to post! In particular, the listserver will reject posts from e-mail addresses it doesn't recognize. You need to use the same e-mail that you used when initially subscribing to the list. It's your e-mail address that matters at initial subscription time, not the yourname you supply when joining.
Below is a standard list of proper protocol when posting and replying to messages on a listserv. We ask that all FLRC listserv members honor this list. Anyone who violates the integrity of our list risks being permanently removed.
