Race Reports:

Tortoise and Hare - Jim Miner reported that the race had a record field of 101. Everything went well. The race probably made greater than $500. Equipment:

Katie questioned whether we really needed a new clock, it seemed to be working at the last three races. However, it was decided to go ahead and purchase a clock. Katie suggested that instructions be written out for each timer. She is presently reorganizing and labeling equipment. Katie proposed that we buy a second printer, Herb seconded the motion. The motion was passed unanimously.

Lorrie proposed that we have more board meetings. Herb pointed out that a meeting can be called at any time by the President. Lorrie will call a meeting in August.

George Gavras asked if anyone wanted any or all of a collection of Club clothing (w/ club logo, from Jim Hartshorne) that he had been storing. The Club agreed to give these away at Club fun runs, and other races where kids are participants.
