Discussed distribution and display of race applications to "out of county" events. Race directors are responsible for printing and distributing race applications. Diane willingly brings forms to out of town races. Joe Reynolds will continue to have copies of race applications at board meetings for members to take to out of town races, and for race directors to take to display other FLRC events at their races. The "rack" is part of race equipment, and is to be set out at races, as weather permits.

XC time trials - Karen Grover: Scheduling trials beginning in August
Other business
Race shirts - Nancy Kleinrock: Reported on survey for tech vs. cotton. 1/3 wouldn't buy a shirt. Of those who would, 5:1 would prefer a tech shirt for the cost of $15 compared to a cotton shirt cost of $10
Wheelchairs, baby joggers, and headphones at races: It is up to race directors to actively disallow these things.
Board Retreat - Nancy Kleinrock / Steve Shaum. Short term goal of getting interested board members together to discuss immediate issues. Later full board retreat meeting possibly to occur in the late fall.
